Return and Refund Policy
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision and return the item(s).
Extended return period (Christmas and Easter)
During the Christmas and Easter holidays, we are offering an extended return period for eligible orders.
- Christmas: Orders placed between December 21st and 31st can be returned within 40 days of delivery.
- Easter: Orders placed within 7 days of Easter Sunday and up to Easter Sunday can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Outside of these periods, our standard 14-day return policy applies.
All other return conditions remain unchanged.
Returns
Returned items must be:
- Not used
- Clean
- In original condition and packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return shipment
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:
- A defective product
- An incorrect item sent by us
In these cases, the return shipping costs will be at our expense.
Non-returnable items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Items made to measure or personalized (except in case of defect or error)
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos so we can assess the issue.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days via your original payment method.
Original shipping charges will only be refunded if required by law or in the event of our error.
